Areas of psychological help
In what situation can I help you?
The areas I work with most often. Expand a category to see the details.
The area of mental and personality disorders that cause suffering and make everyday functioning difficult. They affect the perception of reality and of oneself, cause emotional arousal or flattening and change everyday activity. Most often they involve lowered or elevated mood, mania, psychosis or delusions. Personality disorders are patterns of behaviour that can be worked on and adjusted toward healthier functioning.
The area of acute, temporary changes that disturb a stable mental balance and cause psychological suffering. A crisis arises when a situation exceeds one’s capacities and existing coping strategies. A prolonged crisis may lead to disorders and mental illness. We can distinguish situational, developmental, existential and environmental crises.

„A person becomes whole when they allow themselves to be who they are.”
Fritz Perls
You are in the right place
I welcome people who want to regain comfort in everyday life and feel a greater sense of agency. If you want to develop your autonomy and better understand your reactions, I will gladly walk alongside you.
If you want to grow your business, strengthen leadership competencies or find new energy for your professional life, I will help you translate goals into concrete results.
„Autonomy is the ability to be oneself rather than someone we were told to be”E. Fromm
If you:
experience chronic stress,
are going through a life crisis,
have difficulties in relationships,
want to understand yourself better,
are facing an important professional decision,
wish to regain a sense of influence over your life,
I invite you to work together.
I believe every person has the potential for change. My role is to create safe conditions in which that process can happen.
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a psychological approach created by Eric Berne, focused on understanding how people think, feel and communicate with others.
The work draws on knowledge of ego states (Parent, Adult, Child), life scripts and relational patterns shaped throughout life. This makes it possible to recognise unconscious patterns that influence decisions, interpersonal relationships and wellbeing.
The aim of the work is to develop autonomy, awareness and the capacity to make more conscious and satisfying choices.
Gestalt
Gestalt therapy and the Gestalt approach were created above all by Friedrich Perls, a German psychiatrist and psychotherapist, and his wife Laura Perls, a psychologist and psychotherapist.
The Gestalt approach is based on the assumption that greater awareness of one’s own experience leads to more authentic and satisfying functioning. At the centre stands a person’s present experience: emotions, needs, thoughts and the way they make contact with their surroundings.
Working in this approach helps to recognise patterns of functioning, increase self-awareness and integrate different aspects of one’s own experience. The aim is to build fuller contact with oneself and others, and to support the ability to make conscious choices consistent with one’s own needs and values.
Process work
Process Psychology, also known as Process Work, is an approach created by Arnold Mindell. It is based on the assumption that every person carries a natural ability to grow and to find solutions to their difficulties.
What we often perceive as a problem, a crisis or an inner conflict may be an important signal leading to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our needs.
This approach focuses on discovering the meaning of experiences that appear in everyday life, relationships, emotions, dreams or symptoms related to tension and stress. Process Work helps to notice hidden potential in situations that seem difficult or incomprehensible and to use it as an impulse for personal growth.
Transactional analysis
„Helps you understand why you react in a certain way, repeat the same patterns and experience similar difficulties in relationships.”
Gestalt
„Helps you recognise your own emotions and needs and build greater satisfaction in life and relationships.”
Process work
„Supports moving consciously through change and building greater inner coherence.”

An individual consultation is often the first step toward professional psychological support. It is a space where you can freely talk about the difficulties, worries or challenges you are currently facing. The meeting allows you to look at the situation from a broader perspective and to determine together the best form of help.
During the consultation we discuss the problems you bring, the coping strategies you have used so far and your expectations regarding support. On this basis it is possible to propose further steps, such as psychological support, counselling, assessment or coaching.
Who it is for:For people experiencing emotional difficulties, stress, relationship problems, life crises, or looking for professional support in an area that matters to them.
Psychological assessment allows a better understanding of emotional, cognitive and social functioning. It is a process based on conversation, observation and standardised diagnostic tools, selected according to individual needs.
The process usually involves one or several meetings during which the reported difficulties, the history of functioning and the results of the tests are analysed. The outcome is detailed information that helps determine further developmental or therapeutic steps.
Who it is for:For people who want to better understand the source of their difficulties, need a psychological opinion or are looking for a professional evaluation of their functioning.
Long-term collaboration allows deeper work on change, developing new ways of coping with difficulties and building greater self-awareness. It is a process that gives space for gradual, lasting results.
Meetings take place regularly and are adjusted to the client’s individual needs. The work focuses on discovering the causes of difficulties, strengthening resources and developing effective ways of acting.
Who it is for:For people struggling with chronic stress, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, relationship problems, or going through significant life changes.
A crisis can appear unexpectedly and significantly affect everyday functioning. Crisis support focuses on rapid emotional help and on regaining a sense of safety and balance.
The work concentrates on the current situation, identifying the most important needs and finding ways of coping with overwhelming emotions and challenges. The aim is to stabilise the situation and regain a sense of influence over your own life.
Who it is for:For people experiencing loss, separation, illness, professional burnout, sudden life changes or other difficult events.
Working in healthcare involves great responsibility, pressure and emotional strain. Specialised psychological support makes it possible to cope with stress more effectively and to prevent professional burnout.
The meetings create a safe space to talk about difficulties connected with the profession, workplace relationships and the emotional consequences of daily professional challenges. The aim is to strengthen mental wellbeing and to restore balance between professional and private life.
Who it is for:For doctors, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists and other representatives of medical and caring professions.
Life coaching supports people who want to shape their lives consciously, achieve goals and use their own potential. It is a process focused on the future, on possibilities and on concrete actions leading to the desired change.
The meetings help define goals, identify limiting beliefs, discover strengths and create an action plan matched to individual needs. Coaching increases confidence, motivation and a sense of agency.
Who it is for:For people at a crossroads, planning a change, looking for greater satisfaction or wanting to develop their potential consciously.
Business Coaching
Business coaching is addressed to entrepreneurs, managers, leaders and specialists who want to achieve professional goals more effectively and develop leadership competencies. It is a space to work on business challenges, effectiveness and conscious management of one’s own development.
The coaching process focuses on defining goals, analysing challenges, developing decision-making skills, building confidence and strengthening leadership competencies. Each session ends with concrete conclusions and actions that can be implemented in practice.
Who it is for:For business owners, people managing teams, experts preparing for promotion and everyone who wants to achieve better professional results.
Psychological counselling is a short-term form of support focused on a specific problem or question. It allows you to look at a situation from a new perspective and find practical solutions.
The meetings are consultative in character and focus on analysing the current situation and working out possible actions. The client receives support in making decisions and in better understanding their own reactions and needs.
Who it is for:For people facing important decisions, dealing with temporary difficulties or needing consultation in a specific area of life.
Every relationship goes through moments of challenge and change. A couples consultation helps to better understand each other’s needs, improve communication and find constructive ways of resolving conflicts.
During the meetings both people have space to express their point of view in an atmosphere of mutual respect and safety. Working together builds greater understanding and closeness and helps deal more effectively with difficulties in the relationship.
Who it is for:For couples in crisis as well as for those who want to develop their relationship consciously.
Development workshops are a space for gaining new experience, for reflection and for the practical development of personal and social competencies. Participants get to know themselves, their resources, their ways of acting and their relationships with others better.
The meetings take the form of engaging exercises, discussion and work with the participants’ own experience. Their aim is to support lasting change and to increase awareness and effectiveness in professional and private life.
Who it is for:For individuals, teams and groups who want to develop communication skills, psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and confidence, and to build greater satisfaction in life and work.
Training is a practical way of developing the competencies of employees, leaders and teams. I build the programmes on psychological knowledge, business experience and the real challenges of the organisation.
I adapt every training course to the needs of the company and the participants. The aim is not only to pass on knowledge, but above all to develop skills that can be used in everyday work and communication.
Who it is for:For companies, organisations, teams, leaders and specialists who want to develop interpersonal competencies, strengthen cooperation, build psychological resilience and increase effectiveness.

Yes. Psychological support is not only for people in crisis. Many people come because they want to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, increase their confidence or consciously develop their potential.
You do not need to know before the first meeting. During the consultation we will look together at your needs and determine which form of support will be most beneficial in your situation.
I work with people experiencing, among others, stress, overload, relationship difficulties, low mood, life and professional crises, low self-esteem, communication problems and challenges related to personal and professional development.
The first consultation serves to understand your situation, needs and expectations. It is a space to talk about what is important to you and to agree together on possible directions for further work.
It depends on the goal and the nature of the difficulty. Some people find a few consultations sufficient, while others choose longer developmental or therapeutic work. I always adjust the pace to the client’s individual needs.
Yes. I hold meetings both in person in Poznań and online. The work is equally professional and effective, and the choice depends on your preferences and possibilities.
In my work I combine different psychological approaches, which allows me to adapt flexibly to the client’s needs. I help people better understand their own patterns, develop awareness of emotions and needs, and use emerging challenges as an opportunity for growth and change.
Coaching suits people who want to achieve a specific goal, develop competencies, act more effectively or make an important life or professional change. It focuses on the future, on possibilities and on implementing solutions.
Yes. Meetings are held in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and the ethical standards of psychological practice.
Clients most often mention greater self-awareness, a better understanding of their emotions and needs, improved relationships, more confidence, more effective coping with stress and a greater sense of influence over their own life.
If you have felt for some time that something in your life needs to change, are experiencing difficulties or simply want to understand yourself better, you do not have to wait until the problem grows. Often just a few meetings allow you to see the situation from a new perspective and regain a sense of influence over your life.
